History
Choice Auto Repair started out as a small independent automotive repair shop in 1980 in Saskatoon.
In 1984 Choice Auto did their first
EFI retrofit into a 1983 S-10 Pick-up.
They purchased the harness and technology from S & P in the USA.
After countless hours of frustration with the wiring and fuel injection, the
job was completed.
Over the next few years, Choice Auto did a few more EFI conversions with more or less the same amount of difficulties.
Over time, EFI retrofits became more in demand and with the lack of EFI technology from the "So called Expert" in the USA, Choice Auto decided to focus our efforts and expertise in this area.
Tony Sacher, owner operator of Choice
Auto, had many years of experience with GM vehicles. Over the next few years
Tony spent thousands of hours in researching and testing GM fuel injection systems.
Still purchasing harnesses from the USA and retrofitting EFI system, Choice
Auto was still experiencing difficuties with EFI retrofits. This was due to
poor design in manufactured EFI wiring harnesses. Trying many other suppliers
of EFI harnesses, but were unable to find a harness which met our high standards
for quality and performance.
All these problems with the harnesses left Choice Auto with no other option but to manufacture our own.
Our harnesses are manufactured based on the following principles:
Choice Auto Wiring stands behind our harnesses 100%!
